Our collection of Chinese textiles includes intricately decorated hats, embroidered baby carriers and silk ceremonial slippers made using traditional techniques by the Miao people of South West China.

Under Antique and Rare Textiles, you will find rare handmade collectors pieces and decorative Islamic Textiles, such as antique Ikat robes from Uzbekistan, Indian ceremonial accessories or ancient tent bands from the Turkman tribe, woven in astonishing detail.

Each of our beautiful Shirdak rugs from Kyrgyzstan and our embroidered wall hangings from Uzbekistan is handmade using traditional skills that have been handed down through generations of Central Asian nomads.
